mentors to help us shape the next tech generation. Our mentors provide support, guidance and advice to our trainees, in addition to technical expertise.

Join a community where your experience helps others change their lives. Every hour you give empowers someone to learn, grow, and take their first steps into a tech career with confidence and purpose.
Help trainees gain confidence for job interviews by conducting mock social interviews and giving personalized feedback. You’ll draw on your HR experience to support their growth in communication and self-presentation skills. Approximately 2 hours a month (4*30 min)
Prepare trainees for real-world tech interviews through short, focused practice sessions. You’ll use your technical expertise to challenge and guide them toward articulating their skills clearly and confidently. Approximately 2 hours a month (4*30 min)
Co-Lead one of our training modules by teaching, mentoring, and supporting a group of trainees. You’ll combine several years of technical experience with leadership and preparation to create a strong learning experience each month. Approximately 16 hours a month (9 session hours + 7 prep hours) during a four week module. Multiple years of tech experience required.
Guide a team of trainees through a 3 - 4 week real-world project. You’ll use your professional experience to help them apply their coding skills, collaborate effectively, and deliver a product they can be proud of. Approximately 8 hours (1 hour per week, 4 hours prep). Multiple years tech or product management experience.
