Your new career
starts here

We help motivated people launch careers in tech. Our free nine-month program combines coding with collaboration and personal growth.

Free education

Our program is completely free and open to refugees who want to build a career in tech. It’s an intensive course: one day a week is typically a physical session in Amsterdam, the rest is online self-study, so you can join from anywhere in the Netherlands. We provide a laptop if needed and cover travel costs for in-person sessions.

To follow the program successfully, you’ll need a B2 equivalent level of English and typically a bachelor-level background, not necessarily in tech, but showing motivation and learning ability. We currently welcome refugees with a residence permit and people from Ukraine, selected based on drive and readiness to learn.

Support in finding a job

We don’t just teach you to code, we help you take the next step toward a tech career. During and after the program, you’ll receive career coaching, support with CV and LinkedIn, mock interviews, and networking opportunities with our partner companies.

You’ll also develop presentation and communication skills that prepare you for professional life in the Netherlands.
While we can’t guarantee a job, our graduates are sought after - around 80% find work in tech within six months after the program through our growing network of companies, mentors, and alumni.

The program

Besides coding, you’ll gain experience working on real projects in modern tech teams and learn how to become a well-rounded, proactive professional.

Build a strong foundation in programming and problem-solving while learning how to work in a team. During the first four months, you’ll gain essential coding skills and professional habits that prepare you for your specialisation track and future career.

Personal development

Success in tech is about more than code. Throughout the program, you’ll strengthen your communication, collaboration, and time-management skills - supported by coaching and feedback to help you grow with confidence.

Specialisations

After the core phase, you’ll focus on a specialisation such as Front-End, Back-End, Cloud, Data, or Software Testing. Each track is designed with industry partners to match real job profiles and market demand.

Get to know the real tech world through company visits, workshops, and practice interviews with our partners. These experiences connect your learning to the workplace and help you build confidence and a network.
