We train motivated individuals who want to start a career in web development. No technical background required. Our free seven-month program begins every two months.
Companies hire our graduates because of their drive, attitude and learning agility. That’s how they end up working as web developers, software & quality engineers, business analysts and more.
Our course is free. Most of our education is online. We provide a laptop if you need one and cover travel expenses when necessary. We have a community of great graduates and mentors ready to help you from your first day of class to your first tech job.
Once you graduate from our program, we will connect you with companies in our network to place you in your first internship or job. Close to 90% of our graduates find employment within three months after graduation. This is our most important measure of success.

Between sessions, projects, interviews, assignments and assessments you will spend a minimum of 40 hours per week studying. This will prepare you for a job where you will still have lots to learn, without the structure of an education program.

Throughout the program, you will receive various career trainings. During these sessions and throughout, we place a special focus on skills such as communication, collaboration, drive, accountability, and proactivity – in line with our core values.
You will participate in several soft-skill, technical interviews and other training to help you become job-ready. These will be facilitated by recruiters, developers, tech leads and other Adyen employees, in addition to the support provided by our team.
